29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.      a) 4231 Airline Hwy., Metairie, LA; On or about 2/21/13, employees used a JLG aerial lift to install plywood to the exterior of a building. The employees had not been instructed to, or required to, wear a safety belt or personal fall protection device with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift. The employees were approximately 18 feet above the ground.
