29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) For three employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately eight feet while working on a mezzanine at the Grand Theater expansion project located at 1486 Interstate Loop in Bismarck, ND. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312570971, Citation 1, Item 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 3913 Lockport Street, Bismarck, ND.
