Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. b) 147 Waterman Street SE, Marietta, Ga., On the front of building, one employee was conducting roofing activities approximately 9 feet 5 inches high on a 6 in 12 pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
