29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the kitchen, on or about February 22, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to permanent eye injury, from the lack of adequate emergency eyewashing equipment, while using Ken's Essentials Disinfectant Ultra Bleach to sanitize countertops and food preparation areas.
