(b) McChord Field Structural Carpenter Shop bldg. 540, Dewalt radial arm saw did not have a lower blade guard.

(c) Bldg. 1206, Dayton 4z9096 8 inch grinder tongue guard was approximately one half inch above grinding wheel.    (d) Structural carpenter shop Dayton 2lkr6 8 inch grinder did not have a tongue guard and the end safety peripheral member exceeded one fourth inch.    (e) Bldg 540 McChord Field Baylor 1215 pedestal grinder tongue guard was approximately three quarter of an inch above grinding wheel. (corrected during the inspection)
