29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In an energized installation, each receptacle did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. a) Tilden Ridge Strip Mall; Pottsville Pike, Route 61; Retail Space - Electricians used a receptacle with 3 switches to turn the interior lights of the area on and off, and the receptacle was observed without a cover plate exposing employees to live parts, on or about February 21, 2013. b) Tilden Ridge Strip Mall; Pottsville Pike, Route 61; Retail Space - Electricians used an outlet receptacle to power a Milwaukee portable radio, and the receptacle was observed without a cover plate exposing employees to live parts, on or about February 21, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
