29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On or about 2/14/13 at the construction of a new liner board manufacturing facility located at 4400 Royal Avenue, Niagara Falls, New york; on the operating floor, an extension cord placed on the floor across the aisleway had been run over by a GenieLift. b) On or about 2/14/13 at the construction of a new liner board manufacturing facility located at 4400 Royal Avenue, Niagara Falls, New york; on the operating floor, welding leads placed on the floor across the aisleway were being run over by pallet jacks. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
