29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system: On or about February 15th, 2013 at worksite 805 East 51st Street in Kansas City, Missouri- one or more workers were exposed to potential trench collapse and engulfment hazards while working in a trench over 5 feet in depth which lacked any form of protective system (e.g., benching, sloping, shoring, bracing, etc.). Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
