29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)Moreno Construction @ 211 Zuniga, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before January 24th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in siding operations off of a pump-jack scaffolding. Based on the configuration of the pump-jack scaffolding and the distance to the exterior of the home, an employee was required to gain access to the roof to conduct siding operations. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately while walking from the window to the pump-jack scaffolding. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
