29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) GP Harmon Recycling, Edison, NJ site: Powered Industrial trucks found to be defective were not removed from service until restored to safe operating condition: 1) Skidsteer #2 - Foley Cat 2368 with a front-end grappler attachment was found to have an inoperable back-up alarm 2) Skidsteer #1 - Foley Cat 2368 with a front-end grappler attachment was found to have an inoperable back-up alarm, inoperable front headlights, and an inoperable left rear light 3) Toyota forklift #1 was found have a missing right rear light 4) Capacity Off Highway yard switcher was found to and a inoperable front driver's headlight and right & left rear- facing spotlight. Condition observed on or about February 26, 2013.
