A). on or about 02/25/13, at the site of 42-31 Union Street. Flushing, NY A Caterpillar excavator and wood planks were placed by the edge of the excavation 70 ft. x 150 ft. x 54 ft. in depth. Three employees working in an unprotected excavation were exposed to the hazard of cave-in. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
