29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) for employees processing supplies at the warehouse located at 6113-B Clark Center Avenue in Sarasota (FL), as observed on or about 02/26/2013. In that the exit door located at the warehouse east side was observed to be locked from the inside with a dead bolt door lock.
