29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.     On or about February 23, 2013 and times prior thereto employees working for Stueve Construction Company on a construction site located at 509 Island Harbor Marina Road in Pine Bluff, Arkansas were working at heights above 6 feet while decking the roof of a building under construction.  Employer had not trained its employees in recognition of fall hazards and effective methods to control them.     Stueve Construction company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 714259, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 350 Jackrabbit Lane, Belgrade, Montana.
