29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) ARC Building of Monroe County, 2657 West Henrietta Road, employees observed installing sheeting on a 6 X 12 pitched roof, exposed to falls of 15' 6" to the ground below and no fall protection of any type was being utilized by the employees to protect them from falls. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
