29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a) On or about February 26, 2013 and at times prior, the employer did not make an adequate hazard assessment for foot protection for employees working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects. The employer's OSHA 300 for both years 2010 and 2012 indicate that a delivery driver received a foot injury related to the moving of products.
