On or about Febraury 26, 2013, in the transmsiion storage area, acetylene gas cylinders were not chained or secured to prevent from being knocked over, exposing employees to an explosive hazard. b. On or about February 26, 2013, in the car crushing area, acetylene gas cylinders were not chained or secured to prevent from being knocked over, exposing employees to an explosive hazard.
