29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: (a) 150 Erford Road Camp Hill, PA - A 1 inch rubber gas supply line attached to a 1000 gallons cylinder of liquid petroleum gas was stretched across the driveway supplying portable heaters in the building and was not protected from vehicle traffic at building number 6, thereby exposing employees to a potential explosion and or fire hazard, on or about February 27, 2013 No abatement certification or documentation required.
