Section 5(a)(1) of the Occuspational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  a)  205 Eastham Road, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ08742:  An employee was struck in the head by a limb weighing approximately 100 lbs when he was working in the area below the arborist (work zone).   The employer only used one lowering rope and it was tied to a part of the limb in which there was no bark and the rope slipped causing the limb to fall approximately 20 feet to the ground below, occurred on or about February 27, 2013.
