29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer does not require employees working from aerial lift truck to wear body belt with it's lanyard attached to the boom or basket. This violation occurred on or about February 27, 2013, when an employee was exposed to a ejection hazard while working from an aerial lift to trim a tree without a body belt with it's lanyard attached to the boom or basket. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all employees working from aerial lifts are protected from being ejected from the basket by using a body belt with it's lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
