29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panel board enclosures were not weatherproof in wet locations: (a) Facility, JIT Room, 1115 Garden Street, Greensburg, PA: On or about 02/28/13 the box for the dry age cooler light, installed in a wet location, was not weatherproof. The box had a piece of aluminum tape covering a missing indicator lamp cover and did not maintain the weatherproof seal for use in a wet location.
