29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) #2 Towel Area - Employees worked in an area where the access to the disconnect switches for the PLC cabinet winder, trim blower, hydraulic oil cooler, and discharge conveyor were blocked. A 250 gallon tote and a floor fan had been placed in front of the on/off switches restricting work space and impeding access, observed on or about 2-26-13. Abatement certification required.
