Where the metallic floorplate on which the container stands while filling is electrically connected to the fill stem or where the fill stem is bonded to the container during filling operations by means of a bond wire: (a) Flammable Storage Room - Employees dispense contents from the 55 gallon drum of unsaturatured polyester resin styrene, a class 1C flammable liquid, into a metal bucket to be used in the mixing of the cultured marble product. The nozzle and the drum were not electrically interconnected, on or about February 28, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
