29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about 2/27/2013 - Manufacturing Area, Press Area, Assembly Area, procedures were not developed and documented for equipment such as, but not limited to, a 150-ton partial revolution press in the Manufacturing Area, five (5) single-stroke machine presses in the Press Area; and four (4) each Rolling and Curing Machines, Assembly Riveter, Balance Punch, and Balance Riveter in the Assembly Area.
