29 CFR 1926.251(d)(6)(v): Natural and synthetic fiber rope slings were not removed from service when abnormal wear such as discoloration or rotting was present: (a) District 5 Multi-Purpose Building (under construction), 3456 W Casa Blanca Rd., Casa Blanca, AZ 85221: On or about 28 February 2013, and at times prior thereto, synthetic fiber rope slings presenting discoloration and wear were not removed from service but were made available for use, exposing employees to hazards.
