Each employer required by this Part to keep records of fatalities, injuries, and illnesses must record each fatality, injury and illness that: The employer did not record each work-related fatality, injury or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent: 2010 OSHA Form 300 - On or about 7/17/10, an employee was severely burned, which resulted in days away from work that were not recorded on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses. Auction & Recovery Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1904.01(a), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314539990, Citation 2 Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/13/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Hermon, Maine.
