29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment were not kept clean. a) Former bundler conveyor area and #3 bathroom tissue line, elevated horizontal surfaces including the idle conveyor and top of electrical enclosures had hazardous accumulations of combustible dust exposing employees to burn injuries from a potential fire hazard that could have resulted from the dispersion and ignition of accumulated fugitive dust, on or about February 27, 2013. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
