The employer said that he performed qualitative fit tests before jobs involving the scraping of lead-based paint, but that he did not keep records of these tests.  The records shall include the following:    1) Name of employee being tested  2) Type of fit test performed  3) Specific make, model, style, and size of respirator  4) Pass/fail results
