29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the information required by 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E): Location: Worksite The employees wore half-face respirators during removal of window sashes containing lead-based paint, but there was no record of fit tests for these respirators. The employer said that he performed qualitative fit tests before jobs involving the scraping of lead-based paint, but that he did not keep records of these tests. The records shall include the following: 1) Name of employee being tested 2) Type of fit test performed 3) Specific make, model, style, and size of respirator 4) Pass/fail results
