29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(ii): Receptacles, cord connectors, and attachment plugs were not constructed so that a receptacle or cord connector would not accept an attachment plug with a different voltage or current rating than that for which the device was intended: a) Dietary Department, a female wall mounted receptacle was powered through a 220 volt single phase circuit. The outlet's configuration was not constructed to prevent the insertion of common 120 volt plugs and cordsets of NEMA 1-15R, 5-15R and 5-20R configuration, February 28, 2013. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
