Automatic Feed Co. located at 476 E. Riverview Rd. Napoleon, OH 43545; On or about March 1, 2013, the employer did not assure energy control procedures were utilized on the Marvel 81 Vertical Band Saw. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while changing out the blade.    b.) Automatic Feed Co. located at 476 E. Riverview Rd. Napoleon, OH 43545; On or about March 1, 2013, the employer did not assure energy control procedures were utilized on the Kalamazoo Vertical Band Saw (Model V-2812-F). Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while changing out the blade.
