29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) Cronic Chevrolet - Employees were working inside a JLG aerial lift truck approximately 12 feet high without a positioning device, which should have been attached, by lanyard, to either the basket or the boom of the lift.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
