29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA:     On or about February 26, 2013, at the work site of 09-09 Bulverde Rd., the employer did not use traffic control signs or devices, on both lanes of traffic, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from oncoming traffic while one employee was in the road way approximately 2 feet from the curb, observing another employee who was inside a confined space. The employee in the confined space was located approximately 4 feet from the road which had no curbs or other protection.
