29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel.    (a) The employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards of 110 volts while using a sink and fountain drink station in the kitchen area that was near electrical outlets that were not GFCI protected.
