29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite: The employees who were working on a steep roof at approximately 17 feet above the ground were not protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. All Aspects of Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 109179846, citation number 1, item number 4a, issued on 07/06/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 246 Meadow Street, Branford, CT and became a final order on 07/22/2010.
