29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) At 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama: On or about February 27, 2013 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to install siding on a residential home while standing on a elevated ladder scaffold platform without fall protection exposing them to fall hazards of 13 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms shall not be bridged one to another: a) At 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama: On or about February 27, 2013 and at times prior; the employer bridged two ladder scaffold platforms together using a piece of house siding and allowed employees to work from the platform exposing his employees to collapse and fall hazards of 13 feet to the ground below.
