29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a.) Action Master Marine Service, Shop Area, 8" Bench Grinder (no manufacturer's label). On or about March 1, 2013, the bench grinder with an eight inch abrasive wheel was not equipped with an adjustable left tongue guard leaving a 3/4" opening from the rotating wheel thereby exposing the operator to injury from flying debris should the wheel shatter during use.
