29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  At 211 W. 53rd St, N, Wichita, KS in the repair bay, the Dayton Pedestal Bench Grinder had an adjustable tongue guard improperly adjusted, creating a approximately 2 inch gap from the wheel to the upper grinder cover, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
