On or about 2/28/13, P140 (Curioni Lodi) Machine Line, lacks guarding to prevent contact with rotating slotter heads (knives), and belts and rollers at the front of the stacker conveyor table.     g.  On or about 2/28/13, P140 (Curioni Lodi) Machine Line, Greene Line Stacker end table lacks guarding to prevent downward movement of the inclined conveyor when someone is underneath it and exposes employees to struck-by hazards.     h.  On or about 2/28/13, P78 (Langston) Machine Line, lacks guarding to prevent contact with rotating slotter heads (knives), and belts and rollers at the front of the stacker conveyor table     i.  On or about 2/28/13, P78 Machine Line, Greene Line Stacker inclined conveyor lacks guarding to prevent downward movement of the inclined conveyor when someone is underneath it and exposes employees to struck-by hazards.     j.  On or about 3/7/13, Bostitch Automatic Stitcher Machine lacked guarding for a guide roller shaft which was about 56 inches above the floor and exposes employees to caught-by hazards.      k.
