29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.    a) At Lots # 35-41, 2243 Knoxville View SE, Smyrna, GA- The employer exposed employees to fall hazards while installing joist, trusses and sheathing materials at a height of approximately 18 feet above the lower level without fall protection.
