29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about February 26, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees were not wearing a body harness or lanyards while working from an aerial lift. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard. OSHA recognizes that a body belt is not sufficient and the use of a full body harness is required.
