The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Construction Site: On or about March 05, 2013, and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, Legacy Builders Inc., did not ensure its sub-contractor, Berd Electric LLC, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately twenty two feet to the ground below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.
