29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or by use of a monitoring system.    a. Site - Employees performing roofing work were not protected from falls of approximately 9 feet 4 inches when fall protection was not used or provided.      Scott Brochu dba New England Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 110868, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/10/2012 with respect to a workplace located at UNH Barn, Mast Rd. Durham, NH 03824.    Scott Brochu dba New England Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314433340, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/2009 with respect to a workplace located at 828 Central Ave. Dover, NH 03820.
