29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about March 5, 2013, on the southwest side of the building, two employees were working on the roof without utilizing any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 24 feet 4 inches to ground below.
