Crossbraces were used as a means of access.       At the site located at 712 West Drew St, Houston, TX:  On March 4, 2013, an employee assigned to work on scaffold platforms up to 4 stories high was not provided a ladder or similar access for transit up to and between levels.  The employee was observed climbing the cross braces between 13 and 20 feet above the ground, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.   Ramirez Stucco was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314416975, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1402 Spring Street, Houston, TX.
