29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  Eden Crossing LLC - Trusbrook lane, Lakewood NJ:  Employees installing trusses and performing other framing and carpentry related activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 ft. to the ground surface below.  Workers were not supplied with a Personal Fall Arrest System, safety nets, guardrails, etc.  Observed on or about 3/4/2013.    KEVIN CONSTRUCTION LLC.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDAR, 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313074239 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 5, ISSUED ON 08/06/2009.
