29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about March 6, 2013, north side of the construction site, an employee engaged in roofing activities on a residential home, utilized a Rol-Air air compressor. The power cord did not have a strain relief device to prevent pull from the terminals, exposing the employee to electrical hazards.

On or about March 6, 2013, north side of the construction site, an employee exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a residential home with a 6:12 pitch.
