Classic Envelope, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number330591, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Gilboa Street, Douglas, Massachusetts.

29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Lobby hallway by HR Manager's Office, Classic Envelope, 120 Gilboa Street, Douglas, Massachusetts: Electrician who was troubleshooting an electrical hazard, using a meter, to verify lack of voltage in an outlet and fuse panel, was not wearing electrically rated gloves. Classic Envelope, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number330591, citation number1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Gilboa Street, Douglas, Massachusetts.
