29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about March 6, 2013, north side of the construction site, an employee unloading gypsum boards into a residential home second level was lifted up by a Teledyne Princeton lift while standing on the gypsum boards exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet and 5 inches.

29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee. On or about March 6, 2013, on the north side of the construction site, an employee unloading gypsum boards into a residential home's second level was lifted up by a Teledyne Princeton lift while standing on gypsum boards at approximately 10 feet and 5 inches exposing the employee to a fall hazard. The employer is to provide training to the exposed employee.
