29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed to the building: 1320 S. 19th Street, Nebraska City, NE 68410 (Maintenance Shop, Packaging): The mezzanine on which materials, boxes and tools were stored did not have the load rating marked on it. The mezzanine did not have any markings to indicate what the safe load rating was. Abatement certification is required for this violation. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
