(b) The Vertical Load/Unload Table by the LIPE Press had an oval electrical box of more than 50 volts that was not guarded with a cover.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets to provide effective electrical continuity: (a) The Vertical Load/Unload Table in the Temper Room did not have effective electrical continuity as the electrical metal conduit was not connected from the control to the junction box on the table. (b) The Vertical Load/Unload Table in the LIPE Press area did not have effective electrical continuity as the electrical metal conduit was not connected from the control to the oval junction box, and from the oval junction box to the metal conduit beneath it.
