In the warehouse and maintenance area, portable fire extinguishers were not mounted.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. 29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):     An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    a. Where fire extinguishers were required for potential use in the maintenance shop during cutting and welding.    b. Where fire extinguishers were provided and available for use throughout the facility.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).          IN THE ALTERNATIVE        29 CFR 1910.39(b):         A fire prevention was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and made available to employees for review:        A. Where fire extinguisjhers were provided, the employer had not specifically determined if the equipment was or       was not to be used by employees.  If the extinguishers were not to be used there was no emergency evacuation      and fire plan developed, in writing, and made available for employees for training.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii):     Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least 1 hour:    a. In the maintenance area, three oxygen compressed gas cylinders were stored with three acetylene cylinders (nominally empty).
